Roadmap

Where we are now.

We’re not there yet — and we don’t want to oversell. Here’s an honest map of what we’ve built, what we’re building, and what comes next.

Q1 2026 · Now

Concept & brand

Defining the model, testing pricing with early owners, finalizing the brand and platform design. We’re here today.

In progress
Q2–Q4 2026

Building the switchboard

Engineering the live-bridge call infrastructure. Hiring the first dispatch team. Applying for state brokerage licenses across our launch markets.

Q1 2027 · Beta

Soft launch in San Francisco

Onboarding the first 50 owners and 500 tenants. Free for everyone during beta. Tight feedback loops with both sides — we’ll iterate hard.

Q4 2027 · Public launch

Open to everyone in 6 cities

San Francisco, New York, Boston, Austin, Chicago, Brooklyn. Pricing goes live. Waitlist gets first access and a free year of service.

Honest questions

You probably wonder.

Five questions we’ve been getting from prospective owners, tenants, and investors. Answered with what we know today.

Honestly: at scale. The math only works once we’re past 5,000 occupied units. Until then we’re burning runway. Investors who’ve backed us understand the model. Until we hit profitability, we’ll be transparent about how close we are.

Your email sits in a single waitlist database. We email you once at launch. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@hearthbridge.us. We will never sell or share waitlist emails — that’s a hard rule.

Real estate licensing is state-by-state. We’re applying for active brokerage licenses in CA, NY, MA, IL, and TX first — each takes 4–9 months. Other states will follow in 2028 once the model proves itself in the launch markets.

Then we’re not the right fit, and that’s fine. Our beta will tell us how much demand there really is for direct human conversation. Our hypothesis is that there’s a meaningful slice of both populations who’d much rather have a five-minute call than four days of email tag.

Our broker of record holds an active California real estate license. State licenses for our other launch markets are in active application — we won’t accept tenant inquiries in any state until we’re fully licensed there.
